Overview
To some, it may seem
presumptuous to say - Your Family's Lawyer™.
Although I have practiced
law for 25 years, just making a living was never good enough.
It has always been my purpose to somehow make a real difference.
Over time, I have discovered
that in our increasingly complicated world almost all families
have needs that can only be satisfied through reliable, competent
legal representation.
Family is not merely
the fundamental unit of society, it is the most effective and
long lasting forum for teaching basic principles and virtues.
Virtues such as work, honesty, thrift, empathy, faith, compassion,
service, sacrifice, integrity, responsibility, patriotism, civility,
respect, knowledge, honor and gratitude.
Mother and father in
the very act of providing for, protecting and nurturing their
children, teach these almost unconsciously, yet, so profoundly
that where the family strives to maintain itself we often arrive
at adulthood valuing these vital elements of national survival.
National survival requires
the health of the family to be preserved and protected. That is
why I focus my law practice on issues that affect families - to
help families navigate in an increasingly complex world.
Today, I focus my practice
almost entirely on those areas that affect families most.
