Special Needs Trust ─

$750 For The Complete Trust.
($250 in Conjunction with a Revocable Living Trust.)

Revocable Living Trust ─

$750 for the complete package.

Living Trust.
Husband’s Pour-Over Will.
Wife’s Pour-Over Will.
Husband’s Durable Power of Attorney.

Uncontested Probate ─

Contested Matters ─

We try to give our clients "flat" fees as often as possible. However, if a matter is contested we will arrange with clients an hour fee arrangement. Our staff bills at three levels per hour.

Contingency Case ─

Some cases, such as personal injury, medical malpractice and even business cases can be done on a contingency fee bases. This means you do not pay unless we obtain money by settling or winning your case. The contingency fee ranges from 25% to 50% depending on the case.
